When I post the conversation I had with my friend and health coach Patrizia about health eating, I promised I would have post a second part about Weekly Wellness Tips. Here you are, enjoy the reading and hope Patrizia’s tips will become your daily routine. As the tile of this post says” Consistency beats Intensity”. I read this quote in her last newsletter and there is no other statement in which I believe more.
Patrizia “Taking care of yourself doesn’t require perfection or hours of free time. Whether you’re in the middle of a busy week or heading into the holiday season, a few small, intentional habits can help you stay grounded, energized, and connected to your well-being.
Here are some simple, practical tips you can start using right away:
1) Begin with a gentle intention
Instead of overwhelming yourself with a long to-do list, ask:
“What is one thing I can do today to feel a little better?”
This mindset creates consistency – without stress or guilt.
2) Move for just 5 minutes a day
Short sessions can make a huge difference, especially when life gets busy. Try:
- gentle stretching
- a brisk walk
- 10 squats + 10 glute bridges + 20 seconds plank
- simple mobility for hips and spine
A few minutes of movement can shift your energy for the whole day.
3) Set yourself up for an easy win
Prepare something that supports you:
- keep a water bottle within reach
- plan a nourishing breakfast
- schedule a 10-minute movement break
Small choices → big impact.
4) Choose what truly nourishes you (especially during the holidays)
You don’t need to avoid festive foods – just choose the ones you really enjoy and savor them
mindfully.
Often, it’s the stress around food – not the food itself – that leaves us feeling unbalanced.
5) Protect small pockets of recharge time
Even 10 -15 minutes for yourself can shift your mood and energy.
Write it in your calendar as a real appointment. You deserve it.
Want support in building these habits? I’m here for you.
