E stavolta una ricetta di un classico delle colazioni spagnole: las ensaimadas. Ve le presento in versione singola e “plain” che sono le più mangiate a Barcellona ma se vi capita di andare a Maiorca, mangiatele in versione enorme ripiene di “cabello de angel” e poi mi direte se solo quelle non valgono il viaggio 🙂 Leggi
